Return and Exchange Policy
Step 1:
Raise a return/replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery if you've received a wrong or expired product(s).

In case of damaged/missing product(s), raise a return/replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Step 2:
Give us 2 working days to review your return request.
Step 3:
In case our reverse pickup service is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges.
Step 4:
After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability.
Conditions for Return/Replacement:
You may return or replace a product if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- An expired product was delivered.
- The product was damaged (physical damage or tampered packaging).
- The order is incomplete or missing products.
Conditions Where Return/Replacement Requests Will Not Be Accepted:
- The product has been opened/used/altered.
- The original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.
- The return/replacement request is generated after 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
